Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Wheel Spin Pro (the “Service”, “Platform”, “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

4. Copyrights & Intellectual Property

What We Own

Wheel Spin Pro and everything we have made for it are our intellectual property, protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law. That includes the selection engines and their source code, the site design and layout, the written guides, explanations and FAQs on every tool page, the Wheel Spin Pro name and logo, and the original illustrations and icons drawn for the picker wheels.

All of the artwork on this site is drawn specifically for it. We do not copy images from films, games, books, album covers or other websites, and we do not reproduce third-party logos, mascots or likenesses.

What You Own

Anything you type, paste, upload or configure — wheel entries, team names, list titles, weightings, colours and images — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.

Most of what you enter never reaches our servers at all: selections are generated in your own browser, and your entries stay on your device unless you explicitly save a list to an account, create a share link, or submit a wheel through the API. Where you do choose to save or share, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the feature you asked for — for example, showing your shared wheel to someone who opens your link. That licence ends when you delete the content. We do not sell it, license it to third parties, or use it to train models.

You are responsible for what you enter. Please do not upload content you do not hold the rights to, and do not enter other people’s personal information without their knowledge.

What You May Do

• Use every tool on this site free of charge, for personal, educational, charitable or commercial decisions.
• Screenshot, screen-record or live-stream a spin, including on monetised channels, and share the result.
• Embed a wheel in your own page using the embed feature we provide, keeping the attribution link intact.
• Quote short extracts from our written guides with clear credit and a link back to the page.

What You May Not Do

• Copy, decompile or re-host our selection engines, artwork or page content in order to build a competing site.
• Scrape the site in bulk, or use automated tools to harvest our pages, images or written content.
• Remove, obscure or alter our branding and attribution, or present the Service as your own.
• Resell access to the Service, or republish our guides and FAQs as your own writing.

If you would like to do something these Terms do not permit — a white-label integration, a bulk licence, or reuse of our artwork — please write to us. We do answer licensing questions.

Third-Party Names, Trademarks & Fan-Made Pickers

Some pickers on this site are themed around films, books, games, sports leagues and other well-known subjects, and name them so that people can find the right tool. All such names, titles and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify the subject matter of a tool, and never to suggest that Wheel Spin Pro is endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by or connected to any rights holder. We are not.

These pages are unofficial, fan-made reference and entertainment tools. They contain no copyrighted images, logos, emblems, character likenesses or scanned material — only original artwork and short descriptive text written by us. Where a page lists items from a franchise it lists names and brief original descriptions, which are not a substitute for the underlying work.

Reporting a Copyright or Trademark Concern

If you own rights in material you believe appears on Wheel Spin Pro without permission, we want to hear from you and we will act quickly. Email info@wheelspinpro.com with the subject line Copyright Notice and include:

• The exact URL or URLs where the material appears.
• A description of the work you own, and evidence or a link establishing your ownership.
• Your name, organisation and a contact address we can reply to.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information you have given is accurate.

We aim to acknowledge every notice within five working days. Where a complaint is well-founded we will remove or replace the material promptly and tell you what we did. If we believe a use is lawful we will explain why, rather than simply declining. You may send a counter-notice to the same address if your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake.

Reservation of Rights

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you, and no right is granted by implication or estoppel. Any rights not expressly granted above are reserved. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
