What to Expect
Every message goes to a real inbox and is read by the person who builds the site — there is no ticket queue and no support bot. Most emails get a reply within two working days. If several days pass with no answer, check your spam folder and then send it again; occasionally a reply bounces.
Reporting a problem with a tool
Bug reports are genuinely welcome and they get fixed. The more of this you can include, the faster it is sorted:
- The exact page address, for example
wheelspinpro.com/classic-wheel. - What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device — “Chrome on Android” is enough.
- A screenshot or a short screen recording, if the problem is visual.
One category jumps the queue: anything suggesting a draw is not fair. If a picker seems to favour one entry, or a result does not match its receipt on the verify page, send it straight over. Fairness is the whole point of a random picker, so a reproducible fairness bug is worked on ahead of every feature.
Using the tools commercially
You do not need permission to use any picker for work — run a giveaway, pick a winner on a livestream, use one in a paid workshop, screenshot a result for a client. That is all fine and it is free. Get in touch if you want something the Terms do not already allow: a white-label version, reuse of the artwork, a bulk or offline licence, or an integration.

Happy to answer questions about how the engines work, how the provably fair receipts are generated, or how the site is built. There is a small public API and an embed option if you want a wheel on your own page.
Privacy, data and copyright
For anything about your data — a copy of it, deletion, or a question about how it is handled — email the same address and it will be dealt with; the Privacy Policy sets out your rights.
