Delete Your Account

Wheel Spin Pro, on the website and the Android app

Delete it yourself

The website and the Android app share one account, so deleting it in either place deletes it everywhere.

  1. Sign in at wheelspinpro.com/login.
  2. Open Profile & Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account and press Delete My Account.
  4. Type DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT to confirm. If you signed up with a password you will also be asked for it.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Can't sign in? Ask us

Email info@wheelspinpro.com from the address the account uses, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We check that the request comes from the account's owner, delete the account, and confirm by reply, normally within 7 days.

What happens to your data

Permanently deleted

  • Your account: username, email address, password hash and Google sign-in link
  • Your sign-in history (times, IP addresses, browser)
  • Saved lists, saved wheel configurations, preferences and spin history
  • Your profile picture and branding logo, including the uploaded files

Kept, but no longer linked to you

  • Wheels you shared by link or published to the public Library, and shared result links, so they keep working for the people you sent them to. Your name is removed from them. To have one removed as well, email us the link.
  • Anonymous spin counts, which only record the tool type and time.

Standard server logs are deleted on their normal short rotation. See the Privacy Policy for details.
